CHAP. 304.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Henry J. McFadden. January 23, 1903.[[Private, No. 270](/us/pvtl/57/270).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States if America in Congress assembled*, Henry J. McFadden.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1565laws, the name of Henry J. McFadden, late second lieutenant Company D, Forty-third Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
