CHAP. 299.— An Act Granting a pension to Henry R. Gibbs. January 23, 1903.[[Private, No. 265](/us/pvtl/57/265).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theHenry R. Gibbs.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry R. Gibbs, late of Company G, Thirteenth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, January 23, 1903.
