CHAP. 299.— An Act Granting a pension to Lue Emma McJunkin. March 28, 1902. [[Private, No. 240](/us/pvtl/57/240).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theLue Emma McJunkin. Pension. Interior he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lue Emma McJunkin, foster mother of Walter C. Snively, late of Company D, Twelfth Regiment United States Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 28, 1902.
