CHAP. 297.— An Act Granting a pension to Malvina C. Stith. March 28, 1902. [[Private, No. 238](/us/pvtl/57/238).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Malvina C. Stith. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he. is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Malvina C. Stith, widow of Robert Stith, late of Company C, First Regiment United States Dragoons, Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 28, 1902.
