CHAP. 293.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elias Brewster. January 23, 1903.[[Private, No. 259](/us/pvtl/57/259).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Elias Brewster.Pension Increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elias Brewster, late of Company K, First Regiment Maine Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, January 23, 1903.
