CHAP. 291.— An Act Granting a pension to William Johnston. January 23, 1903.[[Private, No. 257](/us/pvtl/57/257).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, William Johnston.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject, to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Johnston, late of Company G. One hundred and ninth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and Company D, Forty-ninth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Emergency Militia, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
