CHAP. 290.— An Act Granting a pension to Susan Terry. March 28, 1902. [[Private, No. 231](/us/pvtl/57/231).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theSusan Terry.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Susan Terry, widow of Lewis D. Terry, late of Captain McClintock’s Company, Kentucky Home Guards, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 28, 1902.
