CHAP. 289.— An Act To correct the military record of C. R. Dickson. March 28, 1902. [[Private, No. 230](/us/pvtl/57/230).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, C. R. Dickson.Military record corrected. That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to correct the military record of C. R. Dickson, late private, Company D, First Georgia Regiment United States Volunteers, by setting aside the finding and sentence of the court-martial of October twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, and issue to him an honorable discharge. Approved, March 28, 1902.
