CHAP. 287.— An Act Granting a pension to Judson N. Pollard. January 23, 1903.[[Private, No. 253](/us/pvtl/57/253).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Judson N. Pollard.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Judson N. Pollard, late of Company B, One hundred and fortieth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and scout and spy, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, January 23, 1903.
