CHAP. 283.— An Act Granting a pension to Elizabeth M. Folds. March 28, 1902. [[Private, No. 224](/us/pvtl/57/224).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theElizabeth M. Folds. Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth M. Folds, widow of Thomas Folds, late of Captain Wilson’s company Georgia Volunteers, Florida Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 28, 1902.
