CHAP. 276.— An Act For the relief of F. E. Coyne. March 22, 1902.[[Private, No. 219](/us/pvtl/57/219).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, F. E. Coyne.Credit in account. That the Postmaster-General be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to allow on the accounts of F. E. Coyne, postmaster at Chicago, Illinois, a credit of seventy-four thousand six hundred and ten dollars for postage stamps stolen from said post-office by burglars, October nineteenth-twentieth, nine-teen hundred and one. Approved, March 22, 1902.
