CHAP. 271.— An Act Granting a pension to Fannie E. Strohauer. January 22, 1903.[[Private, No. 237](/us/pvtl/57/237).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Fannie E. Strohauer.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. the name of Fannie E. Strohauer, widow of Henry Strohauer, late of Company F, Eighty-third Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, such pension, however, to cease upon proof that the soldier is still living.
