CHAP. 264.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Henry Burns. March 21, 1902.[[Private, No. 211](/us/pvtl/57/211).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Henry Burns.Pension increased That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry Burns, late of Company II, Fourteenth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 21, 1902.
