CHAP. 248.— An Act granting a pension to Benjamin Wylie. March 21, 1902.[[Private, No. 195](/us/pvtl/57/195).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled.*, That the Secretary of the Benjamin Wylie.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Benjamin Wylie, late an unassigned private, First Regiment Minnesota Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of ten dollars per month. Approved, March 21, 1902.
