CHAP. 234.— An Act For the relief of Edward Kershner. March 20, 1902.[[Private, No. 184](/us/pvtl/57/184).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Edward Kershner.May be appointed inspector in Navy on retired list. That the President be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered to appoint Edward Kershner as medical inspector in the Navy on the retired list. Approved, March 20, 1902.
