CHAP. 233.— An Act Granting a pension to John S. Upshaw. January 22, 1903.[[Private, No. 199](/us/pvtl/57/199).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the John S. Upshaw.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John S. Upshaw, late captain independent cavalry company, Douglas County, Missouri, Home Guards, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, January 22, 1903.
