CHAP. 231.— An Act To correct the military record of James L. Proctor. March 20, 1902.[[Private, No. 181](/us/pvtl/57/181).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James L. Proctor.Military record corrected. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to grant an honorable discharge in lieu of the dishonorable discharge heretofore granted to James L. Proctor, of the county of Kings, State of New York, late a private in Company F, Ninetieth Regiment of New York Veteran *Proviso.*No pay, etc.Volunteers: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
