CHAP. 230.— An Act For the relief of James M. Stradling. March 20, 1902.[[Private, No. 180](/us/pvtl/57/180).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That James M. Stradling James M. Stradling.Military record corrected.shall be held and considered to have been mustered into the service of the United States as a second lieutenant of the First Regiment of New Jersey Cavalry Volunteers on the sixteenth day of September, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and that the Secretary of War be, and he is 1278hereby, authorized and directed to issue to him a certificate of discharge as a second lieutenant of said regiment, to date from the sixteenth day *Proviso.*No pay, etc.of September, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
