CHAP. 23.— An Act Granting a pension to Michael Mullin. December 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 12](/us/pvtl/57/12).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Michael Mullin.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1508lension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Michael Mullin, late of Company C, United States Mounted Rifles, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, December 27, 1902.
