CHAP. 22.— An Act To reimburse the Mellert Foundry and Machine Company for money retained by the United States for failure to complete a contract within a specified time. December 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 11](/us/pvtl/57/11).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the sum of two thousand MeJIert Foundry and Machine Company.Reimbursement of.four hundred and twenty-seven dollars and eighty-four cents be, and is hereby, appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of reimbursing the Mellert Foundry and Machine Company, Limited, of Reading, Pennsylvania, for money retained as a penalty by the United States by reason of a failure to complete a contract within a specified time.
