CHAP. 216.— An Act For the purchase or construction of a launch for the customs service at and in the vicinity of Astoria, Oregon. March 14, 1902.[[Public, No. 41](/us/pl/57/41).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Astoria, Oreg. Launch for customs service.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to purchase or have constructed for the customs service a suitable launch, of such motive power as may be determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, for use at and in the vicinity of Astoria, Oregon; and the cost thereof shall not exceed the sum of ten thousand dollars.
