CHAP. 209.— An Act Granting a pension to Aaron M. Applegate. March 11, 1902.[[Private, No. 169](/us/pvtl/57/169).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Aaron M. Applegate.Pension.Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Aaron M. Applegate, late pilot United States steamer Baltic of the Mississippi Marine Brigade, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 11, 1902.
