CHAP. 197.— An Act To establish Portal, North Dakota, a subport of entry and extend thereto the privileges of the first section of the Act approved June tenth, eighteen hundred and eighty. January 22, 1903.[[Public, No. 34](/us/pl/57/34).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and linage of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Portal, N, Dak.Privileges of immediate transportation extended to.Vol. 21, p. 173.That Portal, North Dakota, be, and is hereby, designated a subport of entry in the customs collection district of North and South Dakota, and that the privileges of the first section of the Act approved June tenth, eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled “An Act to amend the statutes in relation to the immediate transportation of dutiable goods, and for other purposes” be, and the same are hereby, extended to said subport.
