CHAP. 187.— An Act For the refund of certain tonnage taxes. January 14, 1903.[[Public, No. 26](/us/pl/57/26).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled.*, That the Secretary of theSteamers “Santiago de Cuba” “Santiago” “Cienfuegos” and “Olinda.”Tonnage tax refunded to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to refund, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, additional tonnage taxes, at the rate of one dollar per ton, amounting to seven thousand three hundred and fifty-two dollars, heretofore levied on the steamers Santiago de Cuba, Santiago, Cienfuegos, and Olinda on entry at New York from Cuban ports.
