CHAP. 172.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Pauline Lowe Murphy. March 10, 1902.[[Private, No. 137](/us/pvtl/57/137).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled.*, Pauline Lowe Murphy.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Pauline Lowe Murphy, widow of William L.
Murphy, late captain, Thirty-ninth Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of said William L. Murphy until she reaches the age of sixteen years. Approved, March 10, 1902.
