CHAP. 171.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Charles K. Batey. January 13, 1903.[[Private, No. 147](/us/pvtl/57/147).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Charles K. Batey.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1538Laws, the name of Charles K. Batey, late of Company A, Second Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, Company D, Seventieth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and Company C, Eighty-sixth Regiment.
New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, January 13, 1903.
