CHAP. 167.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Etta Scott Mitchell. March 10, 1902.[[Private, No. 132](/us/pvtl/57/132).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Etta Scott Mitchell.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. the name of Etta Scott Mitchell, widow of David D. Mitchell, late captain, Fifteenth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lien of that she is now receiving. Approved, March 10, 1902.
