CHAP. 1435.— An Act For the relief of Charles E. Sapp. July 1, 1902.[[Private, No. 1183](/us/pvtl/57/1183).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Charles E. Sapp.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay Charles E. Sapp, late collector of internal revenue for the fifth district of Kentucky, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred dollars, to reimburse him for special-tax stamps for “worms manufactured,” charged to him, which were never received by him. Approved, July 1, 1902.
