CHAP. 1433.— An Act For the relief of Sol Bear and Company. July 1, 1902.[[Private, No. 1181](/us/pvtl/57/1181).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Sol Bear and Company.Refund of revenue stamps.Treasury of the United States be, and he is hereby, empowered and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred and fifty-six dollars and sixty-four cents to said Sol Bear and Company, of Wilmington, North Carolina, upon said Sol Bear and Company first surrendering to the Commissioner of Internal Revenue the original stamps issued for said sum of money.
