CHAP. 1422.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Anne M. Luman. July 1, 1902.[[Private, No. 1170](/us/pvtl/57/1170).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Anne M. Luman.Pension Increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Anne M. Luman, widow of Theodore Luman, late first lieutenant and adjutant, Second Regiment Potomac Home Brigade Maryland Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollar’s per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
