CHAP. 1418.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Ransom Simmons. July 1, 1902.[[Private, No. 1196](/us/pvtl/57/1196).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ransom Simmons.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ransom Simmons, late of Company K, First Regiment Michigan Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that tie is now receiving. Approved, July 1, 1902.
