December 24, 1902.[[Private, No. 3](/us/pvtl/57/3).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the James M. Chis ham.Reimbursement of.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to reimburse, 1505 1506out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of seven hundred and eight dollars and ninety-nine cents to James M.
Chisham, for loss sustained by him as postmaster at Atchison, Kansas, on account of the failure of the Atchison National Bank, of Atchison, Kansas, where he had the funds of the Government on deposit as postmaster. Approved, December 24, 1902.
