CHAP. 1390.— An Act For the relief of Albion M. Christie. July 1, 1902.[[Private, No. 1138](/us/pvtl/57/1138).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Albion M. Christie.Payment to.Treasury be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay to Albion M. Christie, assignee of Luke Christie, deceased, local inspector, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred and sixty-eight dollars and eighty cents, .said sum being the proceeds of Treasury warrant numbered two thousand and forty-nine, dated February first, eighteen hundred and sixty-one. and 1494drawn in favor of Luke Christie, local inspector, for said amount, in payment for work and labor performed by him as inspector of hulls at Savannah, Georgia, the payment of which said Treasury warrant has been withhold under and by virtue of the provisions of section thirty-four hundred and eighty of the Revised Statutes of the United States, upon the presentation and surrender of said Treasury warrant to the Treasury Department.
