CHAP. 1381.— An Act To provide for the erection of a quartermaster’s warehouse at Omaha, Nebraska. July 1, 1902. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Omaha, Nebr.Erection of quartermaster’s warehouse. That a warehouse for the, storage and distribution of quartermaster supplies, United States Army, be erected, under the direction of the Secretary of War, upon ground now owned by the United States in the city of Omaha and State Limit of cost.of Nebraska, the cost of such building not to exceed the sum of seventy-five thousand dollars.
Sec. 2. Appropriation. That the sum of seventy-live thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, be, and the same is hereby, appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the foregoing provisions. Approved, July 1, 1902.
