CHAP. 1341.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Clara W. McNair. June 30, 1902.[[Private, No. 1125](/us/pvtl/57/1125).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Clara W. McNair.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1490pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Clara W. McNair, widow of Frederick V. McNair, late rear-admiral, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, June 30, 1902.
