CHAP. 1326.— An Act To amend an Act entitled “An Act to supplement existing laws relating to the disposition of lands, and so forth,” approved March third, nineteen hundred and one. June 30, 1902.[[Public, No. 203](/us/pl/57/203).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Oklahoma.Construction of waterworks, school-houses, etc.Vol. 31, p. 1094, amended. That section one of the Act of Congress approved March third, nineteen hundred and one, entitled “An Act to supplement existing laws relating to the disposition of lands, and so forth,” be amended by adding thereto the following:
" “*Provided further*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized, out of the proceeds of the sales of town lots in the towns of Lawton, Comanche County; Anadarko, Caddo County, and Hobart, Kiowa County, in the Territory of Oklahoma, heretofore had pursuant to the authority of the Act aforesaid, to cause to be expended, subject to his control and supervision and upon the recommendation of the legally constituted authorities of each of said towns, for the construction of public waterworks, schoolhouses, and such other municipal improvements as may be advisable and advantageous to the inhabitants of said towns, the following additional sums, to wit:
For Lawton.Anadarko.Hobart.Increase of appropriation for county court-houses. the town of Lawton, one hundred and fifty thousand dollars; for the town of Anadarko, sixty thousand dollars, and for the town of Hobart, fifty thousand dollars: *Provided further*, That the sum of ten thousand dollars, as provided in the Act whereof this is amendatory, for the construction of a county court-house in each of the towns aforesaid, shall be, and hereby is, increased to the sum of thirty thousand dollars each for the construction of such county court-houses in each town.
