CHAP. 132.— An Act For the relief of Surgeon John F. Bransford, United States Navy. January 12, 1903.[[Private, No. 110](/us/pvtl/57/110).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJohn F. Bransford.Transfer on naval retired list authorized. Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered to transfer Surgeon John F. Bransford, of the retired list of the United States Navy, from the half-pay list to the seventy-five per centum pay list of retired officers, under section fifteen hundred and eighty-eight of the RevisedR.
S., sec. 1588, p. 271. Statutes of the United States, the original appointment and retirement of the said John F. Bransford under the provisions of the Act of Congress approved February fifth, nineteen hundred and one, having been authorized because of disability incurred while in discharge of duty as passed assistant surgeon during the Spanish war. The said transfer shall take place as of the date of the passage of this Act. Approved, January 12, 1903.
