CHAP. 1319.— An Act To correct the military record of Reinhard Schneider. June 28, 1902.[[Private, No. 1122](/us/pvtl/57/1122).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War Reinhard Schneider.Honorable discharge.is hereby authorized and directed to correct the military record of Rhinehart Schneider, late a private in the Seventy-ninth Regiment of New York Infantry Volunteers, and issue to him an honorable discharge from said regiment in the name of Reinhard Schneider as of the date of September fifteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-one: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or allowance shall become due or *Proviso.*No pay, etc.payable by reason of the passage of this Act.
