CHAP. 130.— An Act Granting a pension to Mabel H. Lazear. February 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 105](/us/pvtl/57/105).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mabel H. Lazear.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mabel H. Lazear, widow of Jesse W. Lazear, late acting assistant and contract surgeon, United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month, and two dollars additional for each of the minor children of the said Jesse W.
Lazear until they shall have reached the age of sixteen years. Approved, February 27, 1902.
