CHAP. 1293.— An Act For the relief of John D. Chadwick. March 3, 1903.[[Private, No. 1122](/us/pvtl/57/1122).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United, States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the John D. Chadwick.Payment to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to John D. Chadwick, of Madison County, Alabama, tlie sum of ninety-seven dollars and four cents to pay and discharge in full an account held by him against the Government of the United States for ninety-seven dollars and four cents, arising from certain transactions in the administration of justice in the Federal courts at Huntsville, Alabama.
