CHAP. 1292.— An Act For the relief of William Leech. March 3, 1903.[[Private, No. 1121](/us/pvtl/57/1121).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, William Leech.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to William Leech the 1759sum of two thousand five hundred dollars, as full compensation for permanent injuries received by the said Leech in falling in the elevator shaft of the Treasury building, without any contributary negligence and while in discharge of his official duties, on the twenty-ninth day of March, eighteen hundred and ninety-three; and an amount sufficient to pay the same is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
