CHAP. 1279.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Charles Shirar. March 3, 1903.[[Private, No. 1108](/us/pvtl/57/1108).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and Haase of Representatives of the United States of America In Congress assembled*, Charles Shirar.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place, on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles Shirar, late of Company A, Forty-sixth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that ho is now receiving. Approved, March 3, 1903.
