CHAP. 1277.— An Act Granting a pension to Kathinka Sichel. March 3, 1903.[[Private, No. 1106](/us/pvtl/57/1023).] *Be it enacted by the Sen ate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Kathinka Sichel.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Kathinka Sichel, widow of Maurice Sichel, late regimental quartermaster, Fifty-second Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1903.
