CHAP. 1255.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elizabeth J. Eagon. June 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 1076](/us/pvtl/57/1076).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Elizabeth J. Eagon.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth J.
Eagon, widow of Lafayette A. Eagon, 1479late of Company N, Sixth Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, June 27, 1902.
