CHAP. 1253.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Peter T. Norris. June 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 1071](/us/pvtl/57/1071).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Teter T. Norris.Tension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Peter T. Norris, late of Company C, Fortieth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, June 27, 1902.
