CHAP. 1252.— An Act Granting a pension to Ellen Johnson. March 3, 1903.[[Private, No. 1081](/us/pvtl/57/1081).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ellen Johnson.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellen Johnson, widow of Edmond Johnson, late of Company B, Fifty-second Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1903.
