CHAP. 1248.— An Act Granting a pension to Catherine Rayel. March 3, 1903.[[Private, No. 1077](/us/pvtl/57/1023).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Catherine Rayel.Pension.Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Catherine Rayel, dependent mother of John E. Rayel, late of Company I, Third Regiment Missouri Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1903.
