CHAP. 1242.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Eliza M. Hutchinson. March 3, 1903.[[Private, No. 1071](/us/pvtl/57/1071).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Eliza M. Hutchinson.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1748laws, the name of Eliza M.
Hutchinson, widow of Joseph H. Hutchinson, late of Company A, Second Regiment Nebraska Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in *Proviso.*Increase to cease on death of child.lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided, however*, That in the case of the death of the helpless child Grace A. Hutchinson, on whose account the pension of Eliza M. Hutchinson is increased, the pension of said Eliza M. Hutchinson shall continue only at the rate of eight dollars per month from and after the date of death of said helpless child.
