CHAP. 124.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Lucy A. Turner. January 12, 1903.[[Private, No. 102](/us/pvtl/57/102).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theLucy A. Turner.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lucy A. Turner, widow of William Turner, late of Company G, Fifth Regiment Provisional Enrolled Missouri Militia, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided,* That in the event of the death*Proviso.*Increase to cease on death of child. of Nannie B.
Turner, helpless and dependent child of said William Turner, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine. Approved, January 12, 1903.
