CHAP. 1233.— An Act Granting a pension to Laban McGahan. March 3, 1903.[[Private, No. 1062](/us/pvtl/57/1062).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Laban McGahan.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Laban McGahan, late of the Fourth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1903.
